I struggle with staying asleep due to my mind racing, fretting about things I need to complete etc. I put this on sync it to my “bbc Charles Paris mysteries” btw are the mutts and I’m serene comfortable and happy. I may not always get back into a deep sleep but I certainly forget about what disturbed me. For how much it costs if you struggle with your sleep just buy it. It doesn’t affect the wife/husband, partner, sheep.

The material on this mask is very soft and pleasant to skin. The charging cable with micro USB is hidden in a small zip up pocket and doesn't get on the way when in use. The velcro at the back isn't hard which is important to me as I suffer from compression headaches. The headphones inside the mask can be shifted to adjust the positioning to make it easier to hear.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the headphones for the price of the product. I found it pretty comfortable to wear and sleep in from all different sides
I wondered just how comfy thos would be, but i was pleasantly surprised! I have used it for 3 nights now and i love my eye mask. I suffer with anxiety and sleep is hard at times so having this has helped me meditate and enjoy listening to my hypnosis and i dont wake again due to uncomfy headphones or wires. Really great and so soft. Sound quality is great and so easy to use.
